Second phase of NEET to be open for all candidates Good news... The Supreme Court has made clear that students, who appeared in National Eligibility Entrance Test-I (NEET) on May 1 for admissions in MBBS and BDS courses, can re-appear in NEET-II, which is scheduled for July 24. Court may allow states to conduct entrance exams in regional languages. The Supreme Court had decided to scrap All India Pre Medical test as entrance test for medical courses in the country and implement NEET instead in April. The decision was formulated acting on a proposal drafted by CBSE and Centre. As per the proposal, the first round of NEET was held on May 1, which was appeared by over six lakh students. The second round of exams will be held on July 24. The combined result is set to be declared on August 17 and the admission process will be declared by September 30.
